Women gathering in Circle is the oldest form of social interaction, where they share collective wisdom, set their intentions, and heal.
Sister Circles are a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.
Come as you are.
Community Breathwork Sister Circles
Experience the magic of a Pranayama Reiki-infused Community Breathwork Sister Circle with a group of empowered and supportive women.
We will share sacred space, set intentions and journal, enjoy a cacao ceremony, and prepare to be immersed by the magic of Breathwork.
Community Sister Circles are typically held on
Thursday nights at 7:00 pm.
Community Sister Circles do fill up very quickly, so I encourage you to book your spot as soon as they are released.
Please bring a water, journal and pen to the session,
and dress comfortably. Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks will be provided.
90 minute experience with 9 sisters
$55 per participant
Private Breathwork Sister Circles
Share the magic of Breathwork with a Private Circle filled with your family, friends and/or coworkers. We share sacred space, set personalized intentions, enjoy a cacao ceremony, and prepare to be immersed by the magic of Breathwork with your special group.
Private Circles are typically held on
Sunday mornings at 10:00 am.
