Exhale
EXHALE is a women’s breathwork experience that quiets the mind, reconnects us to the body, and reveals what the heart already knows. A space to release what's been building and move what words haven't been able to reach.
Through guided breathwork, reiki healing, and nervous system regulation, you'll release stress, process stored emotions, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community.

ELEVATE
ELEVATE is a ceremonial space where women leave autopilot behind and co-create presence, connection, and momentum. A space to reconnect with your inner voice and come back into deeper connection with yourself.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, ritual, reflection, nervous system support, and intentional community, ELEVATE creates space for emotional safety, embodiment, and transformation.

ANCHOR
ANCHOR is a live online seasonal integration circle created to help you pause, take stock of where you are now, and move into the season ahead with greater clarity and intention.
Through guided meditation, journaling, and reflection, ANCHOR creates space to notice what has shifted, identify what matters now, and bring those insights into your everyday life.

THRESHOLD is a seasonal women's immersion where we pause at the turning points of the year to release what has run its course, listen for what is emerging, and consciously step into the season ahead.
Created for women moving through expansion, transition, release, visibility, and becoming. Through breathwork, reflection, ceremony, and honest connection, women are invited to soften the identities they’ve outgrown and step more fully into themselves.

UNBOUND is an immersive experience for the woman who knows she is no longer willing to return to what she has outgrown.
This immersive retreat container is devoted to integration, embodiment, truth, sisterhood, and transformation designed to be fully lived once the weekend ends.
